How did he know to put the part about the pursuit of happiness in there? Chris (Will Smith) in The Pursuit of Happyness asks himself the question. And it has struck a chord ever since. The word Happiness certainly seems out of place in such a formal document, yet he thought of it of dire importance to include that in there.
