Now that you mentioned it, I have looked into it, I went to a friends place to paly with the Kindle. It's cool and all but I still would prefer a real book over it. There's something about holding it and flipping the pages...

I have also tried a number of the e-books readers in the past and I'm not too happy with them. Being at the computer also distracts me from reading. I start doing stuff and get sidetracked. But I am considering a kindle, just to have all the technical books that I need from time to time, that would be useful.

Not sure if you've looked into e-book readers. It would be cool if you could simply highlight a word in question then push a "dictionary" icon to get the definition of the word in a pop up. I've looked at a couple of readers but don't recall if this feature is available. If it was, I think you would get a lot out of it.
