i like the movies also,i think this is the best movie i have ever seen,spider man 3 wasn’t as good as i thought,and the pariates is fucking guy.i was born in 80’s ,transformes are my childhood

Hey JR, thanks for stopping by! yeah I agree with you in that some characters were missing. I looked it up a couple days ago actually. When I thought about closing the comments on this post and to my delight, there has been a lot of talk about the sequel. Some of the articles I found date back to September of 2007 and they talk about the sequel coming out in June of 2009. Its a ways away but I expect it that it will blow us away like the first one did.

OK I have to say the movie was awsome. I wish there were more of the transformer characters like soundwave,Mirage, cliffjumper but hey there is always the sequal. THEY BETTER DO A DAMN SEQUAL – seems as how the movie has grossed over $300 million worldwide and increasing. BTW – MEGAN FOX is beyond hot – I hope she is in the sequal too.

Well thats a bummer. You know from my post that I loved it. As soon as Amazon has it for pre-order I’ll place my order. I thought it was great because it was loaded with action and good story from beginning to end. I guess the transformations were a bit fast, but the movie was close to exceptional. If you’re expecting the 3 minute transformation that we remember from the cartoons, they looked almost as if they were doing “the robot” and would take a little while to complete. Don’t. The movie does not have any of that. The bots are made of “thousands of parts” so it would be nearly impossible to see it all…
Granted, one full clear transformation would have been really cool, but I can’t complain.

I didn’t think it was very good. The fight scenes were way too complex as far as the bots were concerned. Anytime they would grapple each other, all I could make out was a blurry dark mess of car parts. Couldn’t really tell wtf was going on.
