Yes Chris, even though they say they don&#039;t enforce it... it would just make me nervous that it&#039;s stated in the TOS that they&#039;re not allowed. Until they clearly change their terms I wouldn&#039;t recommend Mailchimp for any kind of online marketing.]]></description>

It does make sense that they don&#039;t want scam offers pushed through their network but like you said the TOS isn&#039;t exactly clear on what they are terminating accounts for. No, but thanks for pointing it out. But until they fix the wording in their TOS it is clear that you cannot take the risk of building a successful list with them only for them to nuke it if they feel you violated the terms. Who cares what you send to your audience if they signed up for it? There is always the subscribe/unsubscribe option. But I have a feeling that this is in place because they allow you to add people to their system without double-opt in. That in itself is both good and bad, but too deep of a topic to cover in a comment.]]></description>
