In reply to <a href="https://notagrouch.com/smmoc-returns-after-a-few-weeks-off/#comment-2512">Ron Siegel</a>.

For SalesForce, I just said it wasn't my favorite. I didnt really comment on it because I know SF from setting up the back end and that wasn't really easy or user friendly years ago, perhaps it's better now.

I don't know that I consider Outlook or Gmail CRMs either, but they make a really good base for them with apps on top of them if they are implemented right. Thanks for the comment Ron. See you next time!

Thanks for the write-up, Oscar. It was almost as good as being there... without the camaraderie and cupcakes. I hope Joan and I can join everyone when we get back from our honeymoon -- sometime at one of the July meetings.

Great recap although I must disagree with your commentary on SalesForce. I have tried so many CRMs and this is by far the best I have used and I am a 1 man shop. I have experience over the past xx years with Maximizer, ACT, GoldMine and at least 2 or 3 others that I don't remember. I used Outlook and Gmail, but those I wouldn't consider Relationship Managers... I see those as electronic Rolodex (which I did start my career with on old fashioned Rolodex).

Thanks for the recap and I too am glad to have learned how to eat a cupcake.
