Thank you! – Yes, Grammarly is the best. The only issue I have with it now is that it doesn’t integrate with everything. I wish it had more support for 3rd party apps, like Google Docs for example.

Yeah, I like it when an app compliments me. LOL But in all seriousness, grammarly does make it so that we feel more confident, it’s like having an editor working with us along the way.

Well, the MS Word checker isn’t nearly as robust as Grammarly, for one. Grammarly, beyond being a simple spell checker, it’s a grammar checker AND a style checker. So it can correct your mistakes (you made one in your comment), but it can also help you write proper English. Once those two things are covered it helps you with style by alerting you when you’re using a word too many times or offering you appropriate synonyms to fit the context and making your writing style better.

I consider it almost like an editor for my content. But everybody could use it. The proofreader in WordPress works in a similar way, but I still think Grammarly is better, and it works with MS Word too.

Just because you’re confident doesn’t mean you don’t make mistakes. For example, in an article of yours that is very short (137 words) It found six grammar errors and four spelling mistakes. And it’s free, that’s why it’s popular too.

I dont understand why Grammarly is getting so popular among bloggers. I think MS Word would also do more or less the same job then why to pay for something like this.
I think if you write fairly good, you won’t need such tools at all of which I am confident about myself 😛
