Could Apache keep Google’s regulators at bay?

Interesting article about Open-Source licensing, Google, and Apache. An enlightening article, although it could use a little more information about some of the key points.

Google is clearly betting on its ability to innovate fast, which is incidentally also the very thing that makes the prospect of seeing its code forked so remote.
