I just read How New Labor Guidelines Could Affect Your Social Media Policy. I thought I'd share the post and what I thought about it.

First my comments on it:
This was bound to happen sooner or later. Check out these new guidelines and information about Social Media and how it applies to the workplace. This is both good and bad. Good because we'll start to see some regulation on how employees should use social media. Bad because we'll start too see what most of us consider too much red tape when it comes down to social networking and social media usage in the workplace.
