Katsu Don at Fukada

Fukada is in Irvine, near the Irvine Spectrum Shopping Center. You can find it at Irvine Center Drive and Research Drive. It's a Japanese restaurant with some delicious food. This is the Katsu Don, which is pork cutlets, with (I think) panko crumbs and fried. They cook an egg around the cut pork and then serve it over rice. It was very succulent and flavorful. Surprisingly so actually.
