Pigs and Cows together is the name of a dish at Tustin Roadhouse. It’s Beef brisket and pulled pork, they serve it with two side dishes so I went for their seasoned fries and cole slaw. All of the food was delicious, including the other stuff we ordered like wings and ribs. I gotta say, some of the meat was a little bit overcooked but the flavor was spot on.
