Doh. I think I might have over-complicated the idea of a Glossary on WP. Why not create a page named Glossary, then create sub-pages for each term or definition?
Then I can still let SEO smart links do the autolinking throughout the site. I think this should work and should be easier than my previous semi-automatic Glossary idea.
