Doh. I think I might have over-complicated the idea of a Glossary on WP. Why not create a page named Glossary, then create sub-pages for each term or definition? The word “nic” is short for Network interface card, us in IT use the term mostly in casual and colloquial tech speak. I think it is preferred to call it a network card, or ethernet card when you use the term in writing. Nics have unique addresses, and these are called MAC addresses.
